I have a lot of problems running outside in the cold, I have trouble breathing, my nose starts running, and my ears hurt. Does anyone have any suggestions that may help me out? Will these problems go away if I consistently run in the cold?

I need a cheap and effective way to lose weight for a healthy lifestyle. Key words: healthy lifestyle, i don't want to lose the weight and then start slacking off again. I'm about 200 pounds at 5'7 and i would like to tone up and be as hot as i was when i was in high school. I'm not into crash dieting or putting my body through even more stress, i want to do this to get results that will last.

ok so sometime around 3 to 5 years ago i noticed when i eat (in my opinion specifically sugary foods) my chest and somewhat neck turns red and blotchy. i get feelings around my heart im not sure if they could be considered heratburn or not but it kind of feels like filled with air and seems to make noises like my stomach growling...but i usually get these after eating or drinking sodas. also recently ive noticed when eating sweets escepcailly cakes with sugary icings like thise from grocery bakerys i get this feeling like im going to vomit. i also noticed the other day whille eating a klondike bar that my arm was itchy and i noticed it had little bumps all over it almost like a rash. i dont know if this means anything but i have awful allergies right now due to weather and im also getting occasional headaches and backpains almost every day. so could all these symtomns be the result of a sugar intollerance, sugar allergy, glucose or surcose intollernce or do have any idea of what it is

Over time I have seen multiple questions about abortion. Aside from just being political it is also personal, but what I am so curious about is why do people feel they have the right to tell someone else what they can and cannot do to themselves? Are you going to be the one living with the aftermath of that choice? There are obvious risks just like with any surgery but a 1st trimaster abortion is less physically damaging then child birth. Not to mention the countless amounts of children that there are in this country abandoned and neglected. Can you imagine being that child? Or having a parent tell you that if they had the option to get rid of you that they would have? Some people don't deserve to have children and some people aren't ready to... So which is worse ruining multiple lives or ending one before it begins? Why can't we let the people making the decision to have sex make this life changing decision for themselves?
