Hi, I run on the tredmill, and im pretty sure that when you run on an incline, you build up more indurence. I run about 1 mile 3 times a week, in about 7:50mins. and i know thats not a great time, but hey, i just started out 2 weeks ago. anyway, will adjusting the incline on the tredmill improve my time, and indurence? also, how should i start out, like what angle? and how long until i start increasing it? thanks alot -George
