all over my feet.arms and legs? anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

Sounds like just dry winter skin. Put lotion on alot.

try soaking in aveeno bath or aveeno itch cream it works like a charm!!! hope this helps!!

go to a dotcor it could be alot of things (poison ivy or oak, ecsema...)
