For pinched nerve, you should see a Chiropractor who can
help you ease your pain by adjusting the neck and back bones
which have suppressed it and also through various types of
stretching and massages.
The Chiropractor can tell and explain your problem in detail,
after running some tests and an x-ray taken at the affected
area. Depending on how serious your pinch nerve is, you
need to get it treated for at least several times for good
recovery.
Don't forget - no pain, no gain.
Chiropractic treatment really works!

Extra weight causes muscles and body fat to slam extra weight and pressure on your spine pinching nerves. Stretch regularly, see a chiropractor for adjustments and stretches you can work on. Severe pinched nerves may need surgery, but other than that do simple stretches and exercises maybe once, twice a day.

There is no 100% cure, like there are cures for diseases. What you can do however is rest the area, try not to move it too quickly or too much, and apply some athletic gels like Tiger Balm or Hot Ice topically.

I have pinched a nerve in my neck several times, and after a few days of rest, the tension goes away after treating it correctly.

It depends on the cause of the pinched nerve. If it's getting pinched between muscles, then you could be referred to physical therapy. If it is getting pinched when it comes out of the vertebra column, most of the time they try conservative treatment such as physical therapy first and if that doesn't work, then surgery is considered. Talk to your dr to see what's going on. Most likely, you will be referred to PT to see if that helps before they do anything more invasive.

You can't fix it yourself. Wait til you can pay for it then go to a doctor or physical therapist. They have to find the reason why the nerve is pinched, and where it is occurring in order to fix it, if it is indeed fixable.

A chiropractor can actually makes the muscles around the disc that is bulging worse. I would recommend a good physical therapist first to teach you proper lifting and posture before I would consult a chiropractor.

There is no cure except surgery. Usually the pain subsides then can reoccur.A Doctor will need a MRI and possibbly an EMG to dianose.I went to the hospital three times and was told this is something they can't treat and refered me to an Orthopaedic doctor.
