Isn´t bad, and help to your body to eliminated all that your body don´t need relationated with semen or other sexual secretions, if you want stop doing you can do it, but, don´t do anything against your body if you keep doing that, it´s feel good or not?, the only problem you can have masturbating you, is make of that an adiction, and you all day doing that, keep doing but take care of you, and don´t worry the semen never ends.

I wouldn't say that it's good or bad for you, just not something you want to become entirely dependent on. Hey,if you like it, get after it. I do. But I still prefer regular sex. Lots of times I'll use it in the morning if I know it's going to be a "good night", just to keep from losing control too quickly that evening. It ain't gonna hurt ya, but it ain't gonna do anything for ya either, except feel good.

masturbation is both normal and healthy as long as you also keep up in school, family life, keep active in sports or hobbies and have friends you spend time with. So, ther eis no reason to stop.

What about the actual PHYSICAL side effects? Some things can not be dismissed as mere "wives' tales"! For example, when I masturbate often, I do notice a darkening under my eyes. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, or worse yet, dismissive of your concerns, the real "harm" here is not physical.
