yes you can, just without any objects including your fingures goin inside you. if you have the urge or anything, then you can, but 9 out of 10 times you will see blood. you have to play/message your clit the most during your period. it's less messy as well

Of course they can. Just do it somewhere that's easy to clean up - like in the bath, or on a towel etc. A bit of blood is nothing to worry about it - it's sterile. Orgasms are good for helping with cramps too.

Sure you can, and you'd do it the same way as if you weren't on your period.
It would probably be better if you did it in the shower, easier to clean up afterwards, ya know. It might be a bloody mess, but you can still get your rocks off.
