Your 12, you don't need to be losing weight.

Why do you want to lose weight at 12? Are you a wrestler? You're coach should know some healthy ways if so. I was a light weight champion wrestler in my day. Dropping 14 pounds is easy. 5 of it you can sweat off by working out and not filling back up on water. Make that the last 5 b/f weigh in. The rest you can lose by cutting out most of your carbs and cutting back on portions at meals. Run Run Run. It takes will power. How much time do you have to lose it?

My advice is to no longer consume much less yet to consume little and in lots of circumstances quite than 3 large meals in the day. Drink lots of fluid and do at leasst 20 minutes excersis an afternoon or 0.5 an hour a minimum of thrice each week. I reccommend you consume greater healthy like exchange a coke for a fruit juice or a chocolate bar for a chew of fruit white bread for brown bread, you notice? desire this helps

Walk ten thousand steps a day. Get active, get out there and shoot some hoops, reduce the time you spend behind the screen, no gameboys or anyother video games, if you are not doing your homework or reading you should be playing 'hard'. This will also help you get taller and stronger.

power walking is good for weight loss and sometimes pace yourself to 5 miles a day . food wise just cut out the fatty foods and think salads and low calorie drinks soups are good too the more fluids the more you burn off. most drinks have to be caffeine free and sugar free so that should be easy

Why? you're only twelve and you're not overweight. Why would you want to loose 4 pounds anyway? As long as your health is fine you shouldn't be worrying adout something like that at 12.

Get off the computer and go for a bike ride or some activity that incorporates physical exercise

for a kid of 12 years old you 111 is the perfect weight for your age. i wouldnt start looking into weight loss programs juuuust yet.

what is your height? if you're the height of a normal person your age then you don't need to lose weight at all.

your not fat but i imagine you chubby as he...never mind you are fat get off the computer and go to the gym and people might say that you are not fat but if your around 5 foot 1 then you are fat
