Yes - or even every hour is fine. Of course you want to control the portions and make sure your are eating healthy foods. And if you want to lose weight, you'll want to take in less calories than you are burning.

I believe that we were made to find or hunt our food and exercise a lot in order to get it. I think that back when we were cave people - we used to run around and look for food - and we'd find some nuts and berries - and we'd eat them - and them we'd walk or run some more. Every now and then - somebody would kill an animal - and we'd eat it. But probably not everyday. I don't think our bodies were made to go thu the MacDonald's drive thru and then go home and sit on the couch. We should exercise a lot and eat often. Every two hours would be fine.

let me tell you something that not all people know, but they definitely should know. to lose weight you can eat what ever you want. you can eat fries, pasta, anything really. the only thing is you have to control how much. instead of taking 5 big macs for lunch take fries. instead of drinking coke, drink orange juice. you can have anything you want, just control the size of servings, and try to change very unhealthy things for healthier ones. this goes with your question, you can eat as often as you want, just smaller portions and healthier choices. like instead of having chips have fruit. thats the best thing to do to lose weight.
