I just got my results back from a pap smear and they came out abnormal what could it be? Does it go away or will it always be abnormal?

i have bi weekly contact lens, but i'm not going to sch(exam leave) so i dont need to wear them . so if it says 14 days, can i wear it for a day , then keep it for like 5 days then wear it then i'll still have 13 wears ?

Has anyone heard of the cereal diet? I was in the grocery store and i overheard someone say they were starting on a cereal diet. I was curious as to how it works and what type of cereal is best. Can you also eat other foods while on it?

Cellulitis. i had this rash on my tummy and it kept spreading. so i used different creams and nothing. then i got chills so i went to the doctor and she said it was cellulitis.i was put on high powered antibiotics for 3 days until monday and go back. if its not much better she said i'm going to the hospital. i didn't realize how serious this could be and even fatal. two days on the antibiotics and still got the rash and chills. does this take a long time to improve and get resolved? anyone out there have any experience with cellulitis?

I need to get off my butt and do some physical activity but I really don't enjoy sports. I don't like getting tired and sweaty and I find sports boring :( I love horse riding but there isn't anywhere around here for me to do that. I get seriously nervous:my face stiffens, my heart races, and I cannot speak aloud. It gets way worse around boys I like. I try breathing exercises, but they don't seem to work. How can I deal with this without medication? I'm a teenager.

I was in the hospital Sunday night because I had a really, really bad panic attack (I thought it was the big one)... anyway, they ran the normal tests like blood work, EKG, CT scan, blah, blah, blah and they suggested I follow up with my general practitioner which I did today. Everything was normal at the hospital. They did another EKG in the doctor's office and it came up abnormal. The doctor didn't seem too worried and didn't do much explaining. She says it's not 100% normal but not 100% abnormal either and she thinks it's related to my anxiety. She said she didn't think it had anything to do with heart disease but then they don't have anything to compare it to since they normally don't run these tests on someone as young as me.

So I'm a little confused and worried despite her assurance that it's nothing to worry about. I don't know, should I consult a cardiologist? Has this happened to anyone else here?

The last time I had an EKG at the doctor's office I seem to remember the nurse putting the leads on completely different places on my body. The nurse did do it a couple times to see if the same reading came up.
