Listen, that is a difficult issue.
It can be a serious problem with your cardial system. But DO NOT BE AFRAID, I said it CAN be, but - as per me - I do NOT suppose it is.
It is more likely that it will turn out to be some kind of REFLUX, a sudden acute vigorous and violent BURNING PAIN in your sophagus (due to gastric acid) in the area of your heart, or even a little bit above, and this is a very small problem.
(You should know that about 70 percent of all assumed "myocardial infarction" emergency employments turn out to originate merely from THIS CAUSE). So it is absolutely no reason for you to panic.
Next time, when you feel that startling pain in your chest in the region of your heart resp. under your heart, try to drink a few sip of cold water, or cold milk. Try it - and if THAT HELPS you instantly - I SAID INSTANTLY ! - you can assume that it's REFLUX only and no heart attack. The burning pain may be in the area of your heart, or even a little bit above, not so dangerous.
But in any case: See a cardiologist as SOON as possible, best will be on next monday,

I get that pain in the chest, too! I thought it was just me and I was just weird. I don't have an answer - I'm sorry - but I just wanted you to know that you aren't the only one who has that pain. It is the strangest thing! I would have thought it was gas but it happens from the very first sip of the beer. After the first few sips, it goes away. I just don't drink beer because it hurts so much! I hope you get the answer - so I can have the answer, too!

My mom would always get headaches, even with a small amount of beer. It was later determined that she may have been hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). If the pain comes on 15 - 30 minutes after you drink, it may be due to this condition (also called reactive hypoglycemia).
If you want some basic info, www.hufa.org has some.

I do suggest that you talk to a doctor, chest pains of any sort are not to be taken lightly. it could be any number of things, but with heart problems of my own, ive felt pain like that before. it is scary. i cant tell you whats wrong, because i couldnt be sure if it was the right thing or not. really i suggest going to a doctor. even if its nothing to worry about, its something that shouldnt have happened, and needs to be watched or looked into.

Probably a burp just waiting to happen. You may be swallowing some air. Try taking smaller sips.

Gas is my guess. Don't drink it any more. If it is alcohol period, perhaps it is too much alcohol. Try smaller amounts.

its probably just heart burn.
most people dont know that the top of there stomach is very close to the bottom of the heart.
Heart burn is when the stomach expands (in your case probably due to gas) and puts pressure on the heart. that is why overeating can cause heartburn.
try taking anti-gas pills.
if it persists see ur doctor.
