Sure. Don't start a diet. Just make changes to your eating habits and increase how much you move your body. If you hate exercise, just do more of what you do like; dancing, cycling, just taking a walk around the block after dinner, stretching exercises while you watch tv always feels good, i used to do crunches or leg lifts or whatever while the commercials were on, lol. As far as diet: stay away from artificial sweeteners, increase water intake, have a glass of water with a slice of lemon or lime before lunch and dinner, don't fall into the *measuring* game, its a bummer and makes you feel like you are a slave to food, when it comes to fruits and veggies, eat your heart out, whole grains, beans, legumes, oats, rice...they are all superfoods that are really healthy and fill you up with fiber...fill your plate with the most low cal foods like veggies and fruit, then put your meat or fattening foods on a small dessert plate, eat them last. Try new veggies and fruits and whole grain breads that you never had before, make it a time to find new healthy foods you never had before, replace cows milk with rice or soy milk if you can. don't forget a multivitamin every day and most of all take it slow, fat that is lost fast is put on even faster.. You can also find support groups/boards to post on online if you need support. .hey good luck:)

Yes. Start out by eating two salads per day, one for lunch & one for dinner. The one at dinner can have chicken in it. For breakfast, if you like oatmeal with raisons, that's a great one. If not, a bowl of any cereal but not "sweet ones. Also, start taking vitamin b-12. It gives you a natural energy, and it helps you to lose weight. I lost 30 lbs. on this diet. I took out all soda's & bread from my diet and that was half of the battle. Good luck. Oh, and walk at least 1 mile every day, then increase it as your energy level increases. And most importantly, drink a gallon of water per day, and a cup of green tea at night before going to bed. Decafinated of course.

Last night on 20/20 they showed how people automatically put smaller portions on a smaller plate. I know that sounds obvious, but each person thought they were giving themselves the same amount or more. So - try smaller plates! Cheap enough. I remember a girl in high school who lost over 100 pounds just by reducing the portions.

For me and I am a 45 year old Pastor in Texas ~ I made a health decision and change in my life ... I was introduced to a plan that will help ... A friend of mine (My Old Associate) has gotten his BP back to normal, his cholesterol back to normal, and his blood sugar back to normal with these products and he is diabetic and he has lost 36 pounds in 45 days ... I have lost 18 pounds and 2 " in my waist and my BP has dropped to almost normal ... I have done this in only 21 days, without dieting, without exercise (as I cannot physically due to back problems) ... I simply added these products to my life ... You can add one, two, or all three ... All of these products are diabetic safe as well and they are all healthy ... You "DO NOT" skip meals or eat special foods but you simply add these to your current life and receive results ... Go to the web site that changed my life and health ... www.newlifestyletoday.org ... I'll be looking forward to your e-mail through this site ... Keep the HOPE ... Pastor James- Texas

Just eat healthier and exercise. There are also some good supplements to go along with a healthy diet that will help quite a bit.

DRINK WATER! nothing can sabotoge a diet more than drinking regular and diet pop. also i use www.myfooddiary.com this helps me to log and keep track of the calories i eat throughout the day.

Go to Weight Watchers.
If you can't afford the WW meetings then talk to people who are in WW, and borrow their books and learn from them.
