and her respirations are 30 and her pulse is 130. Her pulse ox reads 98 percent. She is on a trach ventilater due to having sepsis and ards. She also has Marsa, Can someone tell me how all this looks? also when will she get out of the hospital? also how long do you keep MARSA? 10 point for helping me out. thanks

I keep trying to enjoy myself on an night out and fail miserably everytime. I don't know anyone where I live and I have this problem where I get isolated and then I feel depressed and then because of that I become very withdrawn and can't even concentrate to talk to anyone cause I'm very innatentive and the depression makes it worse. I also suffer from a social anxiety disorder and no therapies or drugs have ever worked. I go out a lot trying to fight it and I've managed to overcome it before, its like I get all my confidence back and I can start thinking again and enjoying myself and I don't feel any anxiety even around new people, but I always need someone to reconnect me again because the phycological issues I have and the anxiety are too overwhelming. I can't innitiate myself and interact with anyone until someone approaches me and starts talking to me. Its like I keep loosing this huge part of myself my insecurities always win out.

I'm not super skinny (size 14) and I dont do drugs, so why am I suddenly seeing my veins all through my arms and shoulders and thighs? And I dont just mean my forearm, but like every vein in my arm, and even the palms of my hands.

I am pretty pale, but I've always been pale, so why am I only noticing this now?

Is there something that would cause this? Something I can do to stop it?

My friend told me a few weeks ago that her husband has been looking at porn and masterbates. By the time they go to bed he is not interested in sex. She feels that she is not pretty as the women he looks at. Then later she tells me she needs money to buy groceries for her and their kids. Then today she told me her husband is yelling, screaming, slamming doors and sleeping on the couch. The problem is, I cannot believe all this. I do know he has had a problem with porn in the past, and sometimes it creeps back in and he has to stop it, but the other, I think is not true. She has a OCD diagnosis, & he would never withhold grocery money. She has a nail fedish. Should I tell the husband she is telling me all this even though she told me not to? BTW-I told her I had no money to give her, to go to the food pantry.

One day I was walking from some where and decideds to stare at the buss with lights on. The buss driver in side was shaking is head at me but without a clue or reconition I kept on walking intill I hit a pole sudenly.
