Okay, I'm fourteen going on fifteen, and I weigh 93 pounds. I'm trying to get the perfect figure, but I don't know when to stop eating! It's weird; I never used to do this before until summer came by and I lost some weight (I used to weigh about 97 pounds). For some reason, I eat a lot more now, and I don't know if it's because I'm still growing or what. I try to eat less but my mother gets mad if I don't eat, and so does my dad. They think I'm too caught up in this "lose weight" movement and don't want me to get sick or anything, but I'm not even being that extreme about it. I just want to eat less, because I know that's what I have trouble with. My mom packs my lunch since I don't have time to do it myself in the morning and if I only want half a sandwich and a peach, she packs me a whole sandwich and a peach, so I'm forced to eat it. What should I do to reduce how much I eat?
