It doesnt matter if you lose ten, twenty, or more. Its the way you look at yourself. you have a bad body image of yourself. Until you can look in the mirror and be happy with what you see, it wont matter how much weight you lose.

If your BMI is somewhere around 22-24, you're in good shape. If you're around 5'5" and weight 130-135, you're pretty healthy.
And now you want to lose 10 lbs?
Thank you Hollywood and the advertising industry. This is what's happening to too many young women -- and what's happening to those girls you see in the mall. Bulemia and anorexia are rampant, and it's largely because young women think they are supposed to look like the models in the magazine pictures. And most of those ladies are so far from healthy it isn't funny. Several of the major fashion houses have set a new standard and they now insist that their models have a BMI of 18. That's still pretty darn skinny, but it's having an incredible effect on some of the models. They're pigging out trying to get UP to 18!
So ignore those girls in the mall, and keep the ten pounds. You aren't overweight.

First of all, you are the right weight. and second why would you want to look like someone else when im sure you are fine the way you are. The problem with girls is that everyone tries to look like someone that they are not. Like in the movies or on MTV. Ya know hon, you just need to be happy with yourself and not worry about what other people think of you and learn to just love yourself enought to not care what others think of you. If you learn that you will be much happier in life. Believe me I have been there myself. I am 5'3 and was 134, I thought I was fat too. but i got so many compliments. and i thought to myself they are just lying. now i weigh about 107 im smaller now and i get less compliments. so figure that one. Now I want to gain some weight because being this small i have nothing, you know what i mean. lol. so havin a little weight on you is good. dont worry about it and just be happy with yourself. you will feel better in the long run. good luck.

that sounds about right to me as well. Really, weight isn't important, it's size that most people should worry about. Lean muscle weighs a good bit more than fat, so if you feel you need to work out, check out Power 90, my fiance and I've been doing it for a while now, it's great ^__^ I'm the same height as you and 135 or so is healthy generally. But you also have to look at your body frame as well. I'm about a medium to large frame but when I was 135 I looked and felt great.

You have to ascend and descend the 3 floors of ur buildind 4-5times a day in asingle go but remember dont walk do run -- then eat wahtever but only in moderrate quantities but b regular . It will bing u lot of sweat and feel tired. but this is good sign
in a week u will reduce upto 5 kgs of ur weight

if you are working out and building muscle mass you will gain weight cues muscle weighs more then fat if your bmi is OK you have nothing to worry about. you just need to work on your self confidence, not everyone is built the same and its OK to look different.
