Ur teeth are irreplaceable; denture don’t come anywhere near the functionality, durability or feel of real teeth. Take good care of ur teeth, brush 3 times everyday and they’ll last u for a lifetime. Besides; denture are expensive, more difficult to clean, less functional and not nearly as secure as ur teeth. They also can be a pain in the *** if they don’t fit well. Finally, most female prefer men with all their teeth, because that is connected with good personal hygiene and good health. So don’t do something that u’ll regret twenty years later, like getting rid of all ur teeth and replacing them with dentures.

Your teeth are designed for a specific purpose, and they do it admirably. Dentures are a substitute for natural teeth, for those people who are unfortunate enough to have lost their natural teeth. Dentures don't fit as well as natural teeth, they require special care (or they stink!) and they cause canker sores and callous buildup and all sorts of mouth problems. They are NOT a panacea by any means. Nor are they inexpensive. Good dentures can cost $800 - $1,000 a pair and have to be replaced at intervals. So unless you have extremely soft teeth, or had some childhood disease that left you with pitiful dentition, you're better off looking after your own teeth and hanging on to them for as long as you can.

if they are not perfect yes because you can leave anchors in all the right places and get dentures to glue onto pins of real teeth ,instead of having to drill into your skull .
and you can get dentures that are superior and stronger than real teeth with a metal lining ,but you wont see the metal because it is at the back
so dont remove all your teeth leave some at even spaces all the way round and the dentures will have a very strong base, and they are permanently fixed

It would make more sense to take good care of your teeth and be sure you have enough calcium in your diet to help maintain them and get regular cleanings by a dentist. I dont think there are many dentist out there who are going to just start yanking out healthy teeth. Dont drink colas, they raise havoc on your teeth. If you do drink cola, drink with a straw so your teeth dont get bathed in the junk.

My sister did when she was 29. Now she's 45, her dentures look real and no one knows the difference. She said she feels so much better now. She had some kind of disease that gave her mouth pain, headaches, and effected her hearing. If you're just lazy and don't want to take care of them then my answer is no. If you're like my sister, yes.

I guess so if you could afford it.I think it's human nature to want to keep them though, it would be better than later pain!
