well, it seems to be, but it isn;t for sure. The thing is, most sweeteners contain aspartame, which is a dangerous thing becuase it causes brain tumors (not immediately, but if u use quite a bit or use it often). Splenda doesnt contain it, so it should be safe. I use it, and haven;t found anything wrong with it.

I would have to say no because I have read it can turn in formaldehyde and other chemicals in the body. but check out the websites and see for yourself.
