I'm 24 african american female with extremely high blood pressure 180/120. I hate taking drugs and I have abnormal side effects. I was on atenelol for 3 weeks, but I had nightmares, insomnia, and more anxiety. so My doctor weened me off of atenelol last week, and now i'm taking 1 hcz daily (water pill). But I feel as if its not working on my bottom number! Everytime I eat and then wake up my blood pressure is now 120/95. I'm often dizzy and lightheaded and feel wierd when I dont eat some sort of potassium. Could my problem be that I am losing too much potassium on these water pills? Help me! It only been 3 days on this water pill. When I wake up in the morning, my blood pressure is completely normal! 120/80. Only when I take the water pill, the bottom number goes so high during the day! Help!

My dad's been a smoker all his life, he smokes a pack of dunhill every day. I have heard about these nicotine patches and nicotine gums. which one works the best considering my dad's been smoking for a long time now and might experience side effects by suddenly cutting smoke.
Also which brand's the most effective?

For the longest since I could remember I had these wired bumps under my breast I thought it was acne but something been telling me it might be more. I really don’t have that mother and daughter relationship with my mother so im kinda scared to go ask. Most of these bumps are like felled with puss.

When you take a close look, everything that grows naturally like fruit and vegetables costs a hell of a lot more than packaged, bagged, canned and bottled food. Why is that? You would think that all the steps and chemicals used in processed foods would cause them to be more expensive than readily available natural foods. This really pisses me off.. Are any of you on any of these? I am on Didability and they are deciding to charge me now for Medical...should I keep it or go back to my husbands Insurance? I'm not sure if there is a difference between the two. I have been having these weird pains for about a year now... I'm in a store or some place with a lot of people and my heart starts racing, breathless, and feeling like I need to vomit. I have masturbated, and I can fit one finger all the way into my vagina. But I can't fit 2. I'm looking to get some minor spacing done. I would love it if i could find invisalign for $4000. But the lowest i found was $7,000 but the dentist was trying to rip me off. Hi,
I was abused as a kid and I'm left with an overwhelming fear of having things in my mouth and not being able to breathe properly through my nose. This has caused a few problems at the dentist, as you can imagine.

I've managed to overcome it enough to have some simple dental work done - a few fillings etc, which I'm quite proud of. However, one of my wisdom teeth pretty much fell apart last year and is cracked all the way down to the root.

Because there wasn't much to pull out, it has to be cut out. I went to the dental hospital to have it x-rayed etc, and that was quite traumatic but I got through it. While I was there, though I was told that I'd have to have my mouth open for several hours, and I saw someone with a clamp to keep their mouth open and was told I would get one of them too.

I'm almost vomiting just thinking about this. When the appointment came through, I cancelled it. I wish I could have a general anaesthetic. The department are very brusque and not sympathetic.
