Have you seen a doctor? That's the only one that can examin you and determine what is wrong with you. I urge you not to hesitate. You can faint and hit your head and receive injuries, or who knows why you're feeling like this... it might be something very simple but you'll never know unless you see a medical doctor! High blood pressure, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, poor circulation, anemia... which can all be taken care of quickly and easily enough if you go and let a medical doctor determine what it is that you require... doesn't it make more sense to ask a doctor than to ask total strangers on an open forum? It's like asking a plumber to perform brain surgery! Life is good but you gotta take care of yourself and that includes seeing a doctor every so often for medical checkups. Good luck and best wishes.

Many things can be the cause of this: shallow breathing, anxiety attacks, anemia, low blood pressure, hypothyroidism to name a few. Epilepsy is another one. You need a doctor to examine you and make a diagnosis.

It is scary to feel the way you are feeling. I have lived all my life with petit mal epilepsy, however there are medicines that help to keep it in control (for the most part). I am able to do most of the things I want to do. So do not be afraid; just go to see the doctor. It is better to know what you can do to lessen or eliminate your fainting. Best wishes.

When you start to feel faint, put your head between your knees for a bit. Sounds like you have low blood pressure, but you should really see a doctor because it could be a number of things. Drink plenty of water though and try not to get up too quickly.

I have a similar problem and I think it is due to the iron level being too low. Also if you do eat enough food thats another factor that can weaken your body. You should get checked by a doctor, but sounds to me like you need some more iron in your diet and perhaps may need to eat more food, but healthy foods.

Whats your blood pressure at? You need to see a doctor. You could have low iron in your blood if you don't eat meat, low blood pressure...any number of things. Only a doc can tell you for sure. Most likely its nothing too serious.

You probabily suffer from a serios lack of calcium or of vitamins. If this is not the cace there could be something a lot more serios going on with you. PEASE VISIT A DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSIBLE!

exercise, get your heart pumping like a work horse. a stronger heart will keep you from fainting, and if you still feel faint, it is probably a condition.

the best way to prevent fainting is to keep your body in good shape so moderate exercise will not make you overexert yourself.

Definately get checked by a doctor. Be sure to have your blood sugar checked. Low sugar can make you faint.
