ok i just used an inhaler(it expired in 2001 but its never been opened) bc it was hurting for me to breath and now i breath fine but my head is dizzy and my heart is beating really fast....my legs feel kind of shaky too....should i worry?

Do you usually use an inhaler? You shouldn't use old medication.
Call the advise nurse & make an apt. with your doc. for a check-up.

Was the inhaler ment for you or someone else? Some hospitals have a "ask a nurse" line. If you can find such a hospital, I would advise calling them. I would be concerned. Even though the inhaler had not been opened, the ingredients can change composition with time. If you do not get better soon, I would suggest ER. Good Luck

It wont make problem. It's just ur imagination since u have used an expired one. If this continues better consult a doctor.

if you used an Albuterol inhaler or one like it, your probably having symptoms from the med itself. that particular inhaler and some like it will cause rapid heartbeat and dizziness. if it gets worse, go to ER

i dont understand your question? are you asking if its ok to use the inhaler or are the symptioms your talking about FROM using the inhaler. you should word the question better.

nope, that is a very common side affect from albuteral and atrovent inhalers. The feeling will subside
