For the longest since I could remember I had these wired bumps under my breast I thought it was acne but something been telling me it might be more. I really don’t have that mother and daughter relationship with my mother so im kinda scared to go ask. Most of these bumps are like felled with puss.

Go to a doctor for a check-up. It's difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing.
In the mean time go on Google & research your weird bumps.

It could be a yeast infection. Ususally a yeast infection has an odor to it and has some drainage. Wash the area. Then sprinkle some "Athletes foot power" on the area." That's what we use in a hospital if it is a yeast infection. Women are pron to skin yeast infection under the breast and under the skin fold around the stomache or groin creases. Ask your mom or a trusted friend to look at it.

could be a boil. dont pickem. it could be acne. make sure to wash real good in those skin folds.
