If i eat normal and sleep like 4 hours a day do i lose weight?

nope. sleeping actually helps your body stay healthy..sleeping 4 hours a day is bad..maybe you should do some excercise and cut a little calories. sleep about 8-9 hours a day

No You will probably feel lousy and end up eating more food that will make you feel better. Get a good night of sleep and exercise every day and eat a sensible diet . If you don't know how to do that get help from either a registered dieti or even weight watchers/ they have a reasonable and sound program.

Is that your diet plan? No! Decreasing your sleep is NOT going to make you loose weight! Sleep 8 hours and cut your portions in half! THAT will make you loose weight! Good luck!
