I find the worst part is late at night, you should be heading off to bed, but instead you spend about 10 minutes grazing the fridge and cupboards eating rediculous amounts of uneeded calories until you finally drag your butt away saying enough is enough. I don't care how crazy or ordinary the suggestions, just please give me anything that will help move past the fridge. A big problem I have is, I eat healthy food. I think the worst thing I've put in my mouth this week was some crackers with jam. Often I just think, well it's healthy food, so it's no biggy. I definitly overeat at night time though. Okay, well I've made my confession, now please help! Thanks!
