Yes -- particularly real oatmeal -- by that I mean Old Fashioned oats, and even oats that are less processed than that. When you buy the little packets they are full of sugar and other junk -- but I am sure the amount of fiber is still good.

Oatmeal is great. It can lower your cholesterol and just make you feel fuller till lunch. If you watch carbs, it has more than some cereals but it has lots of health benefits.

Oats are good for you. All the sugary instant oatmeal garbage however is NOT good for you. The stuff you want is plain, slow-cooking whole oats and you can add fruit or a little sugar or whatever yourself. Yum. :)

yes iron man food,if you want to put the beef on eat heaps of this.
but i love my oatmeal cooked in cream with plenty raw sugar in the winter time an it makes you feel warm an plenty of energy .

Yes. it lowers down cholesterol levels. It's very rich also in fiber which aids in digestion. And fiber also makes u feel full so u don't get to crave food in between meals.

oatmeal is GREAT for you,its good for your heart and digestive track..its especially good for you liver it helpes eliminate the "bad" cholesterol(HDL)....and it makes a great mask and moisturizes your skin wonderfully
