Yes, some people do have spiritual visions, premonitions that come true, and knowledge about things that hasn't been fully explained by science yet. ESP is real, but because of the real problem of con artists and instances where visions are delusions from mental illness, most people are afraid to talk about it. But if it doesn't exist and people who experience it are cons or have mental illness, how do you explain the instances where the prediction or vision comes true, or when the person knows details they could not logically know about?

Spiritual visions are often normal reactions to an extraordinary event. Like if you think you see someone but you look and it is not that person or it is not there anyway. You can bet that there is something going on there.
I am a cat person. I have had many cats and I see cats around me that are not there. At one point I was worried about it, and I told a friend of mine about it and he said those are spirits. All you need to do is smuge and acknowledge there prescence, like welcome them if they wish to be around.
These spirits will come and go at well, and if they start to bug you again, then make for a small ceremony and burn a herb and spread the herb smoke at the windows and doors at trouble spots. Smuge yourself or cleans yourself with the smoke. I use sage. Give it try.
Make peace with your fears! It is the beginning of a world at peace.

I was in the hospital recovering from a shoulder replacement surgery and was having trouble sleeping. I was given a shot of something to help me sleep and I dreampt of my father, who had years since passed away, and saw my grandfathers face in a moving wall of, for lack of a better way to explain it, white noise. The noise was made up of infinite number of spirits or souls. (explained differently by many religions) For 3 days after I was speaking in Biblical terms like thus and thou and my wife, mother, and the nurses all talking about how that dream had effected me. I know that there is a very thin veil between our 3 known dimensions and the others that are out there beyond our ability to recognize. We are not far from enlightenment my friend...

I am a Hospice counselor and have been with many people when they died. In at least half of all deaths the patient saw something, or someone that was glorious. I have seen hallucinations, and these are not them. They are seeing something wonderful. Never a bad experience. I will tell you, no one in hospice leave as a Atheist.

yes, at some point i think that everyone has one, its our lords way of speaking to us, helping us through tough situations and reassuring us of his love for each of us as individuals, it may sometimes seem that the world is so big and we so small, but he guides us everyday.
