Good question. Some poeple are sweet by virtue of being plain simple, others have to expend their energy up and about talking to other people.i think before you decide to become a sweet person or anyone in mind, you must first ask yourself:is this how you wish to accept yourself, or are you trying to please others and risk becoming a slave to other people's standards? If the latter, then assess how much you will gain and what are the benefits in the long run, and ask yourself are those standards realistic at all?.but if this is how you wish to accept yourself, then fine, it is now an issue of self-improvement,but remember that you will still retain some of your original character. To become a sweet person I bel;ieve requires inner strength, and inner strength is what we must first have in whatever situation, which can then help you to help others and achieve whatever you wish to achieve. You should have firm belief and optimism, then do it step-by-step,don't expect chnages overnight.be sweet to closest around you, then be sweet to others especially children and disabled. After a few tries, it should be easier and you should be on your way to become a 'sweet' person.

The fastest, easiest way to become a sweet person is to get a job in a shop that sells sweets.

For a start, you could start by saying a friendly hello to people or friends that you know. That will let them know that you're a nice person and someone they can trust. Then you could turn to the bible for answers to everyday problems, that will get you relaxed and feel comfortable with yourself. You could also try doing community work for the town you live in and help out at a nursing home or just pick up trash just to make it a little better for other people. Those are just some ideas.

Being a sweet person entails thinking less of yourself, and more others. One way to put this into practice is to do random acts of kindness, just little things. If you want to do it secretly (ananomously) thats fine, maybe even better. The idea is to become less self-centered, less self-pleasing, and to become more giving of yourself. However I must warn you that making this change may make you more vulnerable to moochers and jerks, trust me on that. Keep your guard up, respect yourself, and KNOW when to move on to somebody that appreciates your new sweet self. Good luck!

As with anything, practice makes perfect. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'sweet', but obviously you know. Do lots of sweet things and you will become more sweet in your nature, just as if you do many violent things you will become more violent, etc.

Although it doesn't seem logical, I think the fastest way to become a sweeter person is to keep doing nice things for other people. Some change seems to take place inside me when I help others. Some of the most unpleasant people I have been around were self-centered "loners" who never seemed to consider others or their needs.

i don't know, i've known a lot of bitter, self-righteous christians who read the bible everyday.
i've also met some very sweet heathens.
personality is hard to change. the best way is to change your focus. start a gratitude journal. volunteer for a local charity. taking the focus off yourself is a good way to become more empathetic.
also, if you are totally stressed out, find a way to deal with the stress. yoga, tai chi, dancing, kickboxing. whatever gives you some release.
good luck!

You become a sweet person by helping others out and showing them your concern. If someone needs help with anything, never hesitate to ask if they need help. If you're just not that type, then don't deceiver yourself. #1 tip...always smile....it either keeps other people wondering, or it makes their day!

Cover yourself with honey!! Works every time, if you need extra sweetness cover in honey then roll in sugar.
Forget the being nice stuff, 1st impressions are what really count and who cares whats on the inside? One lick and everyone will love you!

No matter what you feel on the inside, SMILE! It's like magic. And remember to respect everyone, and don't judge them just because they have ideas that are different from yours.
