Whether you think you are having a good day or you think you are having a bad day, you are right.
What I am trying to say is, it's all up to you. I know this world can get pretty dang heavy but there is always opportunity around the corner. The only time you have no options is if you are not here. My advice is to stick around and take small steps in the right direction.
The universe also works in waves. You go down and you go up, you go way down sometimes but the wave back up brings you higher than you ever had been before!
Talk it out with someone you trust, anyone you really trust will do.

change the things you don't like that you can change; Don't worry about what you cannot change. Treat yourself to something you like, no matter how small. Hang out w/ friends. If the depression lasts for over 2 weeks solid, contact a physician. Some depression is totally in chemical inbalance. Meds can help if this is the problem. Dont do anything you'd regret. Try going to church. Good luck hon!

Depression happens when we are focusing inward instead of outward. I suggest you try getting some counseling, it really helps to talk over your feelings with someone else who can put your view into the proper perspective. Also, try focusing on the people around you and see if helping someone else can help bring you out of that funk. If not, you may need medication, because depression can actually be a chemical imbalance in the brain and sometimes it isn't possible to just "snap out of it". Good luck.

You get what you focus on the most, in your case, depression. I know it's hard, I still struggle with it, but you can change what you think about. Think about, imagine, the way you want your life to be. Believe you are manifesting your perfect reality, and keep at it.

Reach out - help is there for you, all you have to do is ask. If you are considering suicide or just want someone to talk to right now, please call 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433). Another route, if you can wait, is to talk with your doctor. He or she can work with you to figure out what, if any, medications might help you and he or she can also refer you to a therapist.
Recognizing the problem is the first step, keep going!
