If you have missed a mentrual period, do a pregnancy test. Symptoms of early pregnancy include nausea, tiredness, tender and swollen breasts, and cramps in the lower abdomen. If you aren't pregnant, you could be pre-menstrual with most of these symptoms.

You may experience all or some: mood swings, nausea (especially when first waking up), enlarged breasts, tender breast, increased appetite, headaches, restlessness, fatigue, late menstrual cycle. I'm sure there are more. Those were some of my symptoms experienced during one or more of pregnancies.

a missed period especially if ur always on time. sensitive to smells that can make u feel sick or possibly make u throw up. u might feel more tired than usual. or u should get a pregnancy test home or doctor to be sure.
