This is a very old British expression and means that a person wants to have sex with another man's wife. In China, we refer to the duped man as wearing a green hat. Usually the expression meant that there was an element of revenge. i.e. that man cheated me, I want revenge, so I will attempt to seduce his wife.

The literal definition is: "a husband whose wife has been unfaithful to him" or it can be the other way around. Cuckhold is a term not used in modern language very often. In English literature, it is a term used widely from around the time of Shakespeare to the Victorian era. There is a formality to it......like most written and spoken language was during this period of time.
Today, we would be more likely to say: " Your wife is doing whomever, and making a fool of her husband". There is the implication that the unfaithful person is publicly humiliating the spouse. It is not just the act of being unfaithful, but it is also that there is some recognition of the commission of the act. The word is really about the mores or societal standards being infringed upon. But, your question was that a guy wants the chance to cuckhold a man. I think what he means is that he is gay, and wants to cheat on a man with another man: to cuckhold him.

A cuckold (or cuck) is a married man with a sexually unfaithful wife. In current usage it sometimes refers to non-married couples as well, although the common and traditional meaning is a man who is a victim of his wife's adultery.
In the framework as presented , the wife would be cuckolded, as the man is being unfaithful.

To be cuckold, is to have your wife cheat on you.
It comes from nature: There is a bird that is known as a cuckold, and the female and male mate for life, however the female likes to get some nookie on the side from more viril males.
