I am the type of person who tends to worry easily and excessively. I may exaggerate a minor problem as a really big deal. What can I do to stop worrying so much about everything?

I have to get cells removed sometime in the next few weeks. But due to other health issues my attendance at work has not been the greatest. my boss said if I miss another day Im fired, even if I'm very sick. But the time I get the cells removed will be on a workday. I am scared I'm only in my twenties.

walk/jog/run 5 miles a day
150 crunches
100 wall pushups
50 lower back lifts
25 pelvic crunches
25 side leg lifts
50 inner thigh lifts
25 quad lifts
50 butt lifts

eat right
eat healthy
drink lots of water
only drink water and milk
weekends are free days

Will this help me lose 30 pounds in about three months or at least by next summer????

I had a minor car wreck 3 days ago...ever since, I have had tingling in my hands and feet, i am sometimes confused, and i have a massive headache...yesterday, i took a nap and when i woke up i didn't know what i did that day...i also feel kind of nauseous and like i have to lay down... Any Help??

I have ADHD, am in my mid twenties and once I started taking medicine (Ritalin) for it my entire life changed, along with therapy it was like a window opened. I am actually concentrating and I love it.

My neighbor is a Scientologist and once she found out is trying to convince me to come to her Scientologist center for a test, and wants me to get off ALL my medication even my asthma inhaler, she says ADD does not exist and I have bad thetins or something I need to get out.

I said my medicine is working very well and it has NO side effects except for decreased appetite. She keeps asking me to come with her to the center and said I might have to bring a few hundred.

What do you think? i don't know a lot about Scientology but my mom hates her

I have the cramps from hell for the past 30 minutes. I've been crying, praying, and crying some more. I took two of my usual BC Powders. I've ran to the bathroom about 5 times but nothing has come out. I have never had them quite as bad as today. I feel slightly better and needed to take my mind off of it. When i lay down it hurts even worst so now i am sitting up.

I really need some relief right now and i took two packs of aspirin and I don't know what else to do to relieve my cramps. It feels like a huge Tiger has all of his teeth sunk into my stomach right now and is just holding his teeth in the same spot not letting me go and every once in a while bitting down tighter and harder.

I need any suggestions that would help ease my pain. Please girls.
