What is the life expectancy of a 16 year old boy with MRSA and AIDS?

I have a friend who is very important to me who has MRSA and posibly AIDS, I just want to know if he does have both what kind of complications to expect, what can be done to cause less and even how long he may have.

many people are known to live long and productive lives with MRSA, or with HIV. If he has active AIDS, the outlook is not so good, for he won't be able to fight off any outgrowth of the MRSA.
