Yeah actually doing it repeatedly can cause brain damage. It can also cause strokes and help aneurysms to burst. Not only this it can affect your vision by bursting blood vessels in your eyes. (Pitikia)

nope not usually, it actually might be good for you, it can help you old your breath longer when you go swimming, IF you hold your breath untill you turn brght red, yes it can be bad as it does kill off brain cells.

There is nothing to worry about, it will not harm you and it only increases your lung capacity. Sort of like aerobics for your lungs.

why would you want to do something that bad to yourself or is it that you don't value your life please think about brain damage and enough oxygen that should be going to your brain wake up
