I had a minor car wreck 3 days ago...ever since, I have had tingling in my hands and feet, i am sometimes confused, and i have a massive headache...yesterday, i took a nap and when i woke up i didn't know what i did that day...i also feel kind of nauseous and like i have to lay down... Any Help??

Oh yeah--BY THE WAY--It wasn't my fault-a girl pulled out in front of my in someone else's car and she didn't have a driver's license, then she left--so don't say this is my fault!!

can i still have a concussion after this long...i went to the hospital and he didnt find anything wrong, but he only checked me for like a minute...no xrays orr anything..

I would be rechecked but concussions can last for 30 days. The initial exam sounds like it was a bit short. Call your family doctor and go in to see him or her. The peace of mind you will get is worth the trip. Have someone drive you for safety reasons.

You'd better be seen by a doctor ASAP. Sounds like you might have a concussion or some sort of head injury according to your symptoms: confusion, headache, and nausea.

You don't mention your state but most states have statues regarding filing claims. I would not hesitate to go for medical evaluation and file a claim to protect your future medical needs.
If however, after napping "lawsuit" came to mind, most states now have "serious injury" statue requirements and you can no longer sue folks for nonsense injuries! (Whiplash etc)
