A family member who is known for lying is saying she has seizures but can talk thru them. I have seizures and have no idea what goes on during them let alone hold a conversation. What she has is pseudo-seizures and has actually gone on disability for this. She can't drive or be alone because of these seizures(according to her dr.) Her seizure consisits of her putting her head down and closing her eyes but she can hold a conversation with you. Is this possible or is she playing the family like a fiddle???

First you have to know that there are many different types of seizures....and yes..during some types you can speak. Some are limited motor functions... Just as depending on the type of seizure you may not be lethargic afterward.

It depends on the type and severity of the seizure. The person probably won't remember anything that they say.

I doubt it. If they did, it probably wouldn't be coherent, seeing as they have no control over any part of their body.
