You shouldn't have to loose weight to make the squad. But if YOU feel you want to, just cut down on calories, and DONT restrict any foods, you will end up craving them.

I can't type all my suggestions, basically eat non processed foods, get a big breakfast, medium lunch, and small supper. Do at least 30 min of cardio (run, jog, etc.) per day. If you need any more help, check out my 360.
