Whats a good way to cure a stuffy nose?

I have a really bad stuffy nose and im going to a party 2marrow and i dont want to sound stupid wit a stuffy nose..vicks isnt working for me it only relieves it for a little while, and i tried the hot steam thing and it only chokes me more..whats a really good way of curing it or some kind of medicine?

eat chicken noodle soup and take tylonol and rest do that a couple days in a row and take cough drops for stuffy nose

There is a easiest way that I do always when is there is a stuffy nose. All you have to do is boil some water in a wide pan, when you start seeing water evaporation take it off from stove and put quarter t-spoon of vicks vaporub(you can get this in pharmacy). Try to inhale the vapor for 10 secs covering yourself with a towel / some cloth over your head and pan.

Psudafed. They changed the formula recently, however so it might not work as well. You will likely need to re-take it every 4 hrs in any event.

If this is allergy related and not a cold, use Claritin as well. You will need to take Claritin once a day.

Try an off-the-shelf medication with an Ingrediant for " Nasal decongestion" ...

Look on the back of the box, if it doesnt say Nasal decongestion, it's not gonna help.

A hot shower / hot tea helps me, & yes Vicks helps too.
