Your friend has issues. Mostly in the self esteem area or maybe she's the type to fish for compliments??
My friend is 4'11 & weighs the same. I think she wears a size 2 or 4. I mean what does she want to be a walking skelton?

I'm 5'2 and 105 pounds.
I KNOW im fat. People say that i'm not but they don't see the fat that i coverup or hide. They don't see my thighs under my jeans, or my belly roll under my shirt. And they don't notice the fat i see under my chin.
I guess people see things differently

She's just paranoid- looking in the mirror and seeing an imaginary 10 lbs or something. That height/weight is absolutely not overweight or fat.

Then I'd say she needs professional help and needs to stop looking at pictures of skinny models in magazines!! Take care : )

Use the calulator below and it will tell you where she falls.
She may just need to build muscle, if she is flabby, muscle will tighten it up.
