Heya guys, for the past 2 years or so, I have been working out at home using this routine:

Monday: Lats, Delts, Chest, Triceps, Stomache

Tuesday: Quads, Hamstrings, Biceps, Forearms, Calves

Wednesday: Back, Glutes, Neck, Stomache

Thursday: Same as Monday

Friday: Same as Tuesday

Basically, I wanted to know what the differance is between working out several body parts a day, compared to working out one section of your body in one day, such as doing Arms one day, Legs the next, etc. I seem to be getting really tired from switching from body part to body part, and not building alot of muscle. I'm building muscle, don't get me wrong, but not as much as I would like to. I'm not sure if thats from my routine, or from not pushing myself hard enough. Rather than staying in the same group. What are the differances from using the 2 routines? Pros and Cons? Perhaps a suggested routine? Anything would be great! Thanks alot guys! :D

I often buy packet vegetables, from supermarket fridges, to save me chopping them up and preparing myself. Am I getting any nutrition from these or is it pointless?

. . . and really lethargic too. I thought that I might be overdoing it, so I took 2 weeks off. But sure enough I go to the gym and 1/2 way through my workout -- I feel really lethargic, and I have this sharp cough. I just stopped and went home. But I noticed it doesn't take much for me to revert to this tired/sick condition with the cough. I always start with this sharp coughing when I get tired.

We've all been in love before and have had good and bad experiences. For the most part, do you think that love can be mental suicide? It makes people go crazy, it changes people for the worse, do things they normally wouldn't do and sometimes even destroys a person.

I have a tiny dilema. Someone who uses our building to run a drop-in session had a dream about me last year. She dreamt that she shot me. I thought nothing of it until last night, when I dreamt the same thing.

Do you think she has something against me? Or is there something that I'm not seeing? Translations would be very helpful.

I have had depression/anxiety and sleep problems for about 4-5 months, and have tried several antidepressants which made my anxiety worse and so I quit them quickly. I am still open to the possibility of finding an antidepressant that works for me that I can tolerate, but am going to first try some natural medicines/diet/exersise options.

My main question at this point is on St. John's Wort affectiveness treating depression and anxiety. I would like to here some experiences from people who have tried using it. Please explain how much you take, what form, and who long it took to work, or if it didn't help.
Thanks

I'm not big on math, but I sorta like it; so i joined the math team in my high school. last night I was extremelly bored, so i decided to surf through myspace and found the profile of the capitan of the math team. From there I went to the profiles of all the other members.
G... I threw up in my mouth just a little bit. In their Hobby info hey write that they like nonprotected + anonymous sext while enjoying mind-expanding drugs... I have also found out that the capitan himself was sneaking your the "Denny's" at midnight... how ridiculous.
are they all really a little crazy?

P.S. All of them are soooo good at math, but only math

I am 22 and my nipples have not changed since I was about 14. They are very small, and unless I am aroused or very cold, they are pretty much invisible, sort of shrink back into the breast. I don't think they are inverted in the true sense. I am still concerned that I will have trouble breast feeding if I one day become a mother.
