please don't answer this if you got them out when you were a child because the doctor told me the pain is much more when your an adult

Alot of pain. The older you are the worse it is on you. I had a 3 year old grandson that was up and going 1 day after surgery and I had a daughter that was 12 when she had hers taken out and was out of school for 2 weeks. Good Luck!

Some discomfort for a few days afterwards. They used to feed you on jelly and ice cream in the old days. Not sure if they do that any more.

I got mine taken out when i was like in 2nd grade. It's nothign big. they put ya to sleep, take em out, wake ya up, your throat hurts a bit, ya get ice cream, ya go home. Oh, try not to talk too much for a while after, it hurts.

Pain I should imagine...Lots and lots of PAIN!....I know!...I'm a sympathetic kind of guy!!
