eczema or psoriasis,

both cannot be cured but can be suppressed by some mediacations, ask your doctor.

Did you go to a dermatologist? About 5 years ago, I awoke one morning to find red dots all over my body, and they itched like crazy! At first I thought I had ringworm. But I went to a dermatologist, and they said it was ecxema. Yeah. And the thing is, even though it clears up? It comes back in the same places, and it scars too. I would try to find out. Also, the tube of cream the doctor prescribed for ten dollars a tube, didn't work. Then this lady at Wal-mart one day told me she has ecxema also,
and uses a cream called UDDERELY SMOOTH. It is about 2 dollars a tube, and it works great! Just remember when you have "any" rash, of any kind, when you put lotion or cream on your skin? Only rub it on in "one" direction! By rubbing back and forth, it will cause the rash to spread. Well, whatever it is, good luck.

If you got a biopsy, that probably means you saw a dermatologist. They should be able to tell you exactly what it is and how to treat it (if any treatments are available). I don't think Yahoo! Answers will help you much. Your gonna get a ton of different answers from people who probably have never experienced what you have.

Scabies doesn't go away and come back. Sounds like eczema.
