Hi, can anyone suggest me some tablets for getting sleep. I m not getting sleep in night when i go to bed . i keep waking , just lying and trying to sleep . It is fronm the last 2 months. Is there any pills that i can take in night and can get nice sleep for 7-8 hrs.

I lack selfconfidence.
I feel akward in people.
I feel guilty always after a very small mistake also.
My hands tremble which cause me more shy 2 do anything in public.
My eyes bcme watery.
What shud i do?
What is it?

My wife and I have been itching since we moved in a couple of days ago. Not too badly, but enough to wonder if all was well. Last night my wife killed two black things on her tshirt that were just a little bigger than the tip of a ballpoint pen. They weren't jumping and since we killed them I've had a quick scout around the carpet and sofa upholstery and I can see nothing sinister. I have three smallish red lumps on my arms, but no marks on my feet or ankles (although they have mostly been covered). My head also itches a little, although that could be paranoia!

Is there any way to be sure we have a flea/mite problem before we bother our landlord?

I am wondering what the best way to put on a bit of weight and increase the size of my bottom!! I am a size 8-10 but I feel a bit too skinny sometimes and I wish I had a larger bum, bit more rounder and "out there" lol I don't want to be unhealthy and eat fatty foods all day long, I'm wondering if there is a healthier way and what excercises I can do!

well ive been running and cutting back on junk food. for about a mth now... but my schedule at work has change and i can't find time to go running anymore with school during the day and work at night.. so doesn't anyone... have an answer on how they fit there workout schedule to there lifes....oh the reason why i started running i need to build endurance to join the army....

stitches. You are supposed to wait 6 weeks before you have sex. We waited until we couldn't stand it any longer. It was 3 days shy of the 6 weeks. Well, tonight I was bleeding pretty bad. Is this normal or should I go see my doctor?
