Finish ur dinner 2 hrs before u sleep.
Avoid any mind or body stimulating activities such as watching TV or doing exercise 2 hrs before sleep.
Avoid taking coffee or tea after 4 PM
Also, don't smoke or consume alcohol before u sleep
Take a light walk so that u get enough oxygen to the brain, relax under dim lights and listen to good music
I hope these things should bring good sleep. If still u couldn't, better u consult a doctor instead of taking own medication.

Hİ Sandy,
I don't suggest any pills or tablets. There must be a reason and it is better to find the reason this "waking" instaed of using pills.
Are you stressed or sth. changed in this last 2 months. Or maybe it is just because your room is unventilated or untidy. Maybe decoration is too much animated.
So, I think a still decoration, calm music, nice flower smell or light
incense , cleaning mind from thoughts will help for a good sleep...

Once you get into bed, use creative imagery and relaxation techniques to keep your mind off unrestful thoughts. Counting sheep is the oldest kind of creative imagery. Another image technique is to concentrate on a pleasant scene that relaxes you, such as walking along a beach and hearing the sounds of the ocean. Finally, many researchers believe that the most effective natural sleep inducer is -you guessed it---Sex. And good luck.

You may suffer from sleeping disorder.Read this carefully.
Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

Go to the store and pick up sleeping pills...any kind...doesn't matter. Or try some Badger Balm Nitetime stuff or Origins On the spot treatment or try and relax your mind. I've tried them all.

You can have a cup of water with a bag, or 30 drops of valeriana ceratopylla, or a bag of melissa officinalis. I´ts 100% natural, and you don´t have to take pills.
