There's no way to do that without taking birth control pills. You can even skip your periods, decide when you want to have your periods and even have as few as one or two periods a year. All you need to do that is talk to your doctor and get a prescription for any combination monophasic pill. Seasonalle is not special!!

I used to have 9 day periods before the pill. Now my periods last 3 days and I can predict them and decide whether or not I even want one. Also, fewer cramps! Yay!

You don't need to be sexually active to go on the pill you know. If you are younger, you can get them at planned parenthood for a low cost and without your parents being notified, if that's your concern.

Are you sure you don't wanna take birth control pills. My cycle only lasts 3 days, and comes regularly every month. I use Ortho Try Cyclen Lo. Another cool benefit I've obtained from taking these is beautiful skin, and no cramping when my cycle comes. Not all pills are for every woman, so you definitely wanna discuss which one is best for you with your doctor IF you decide to take them! Good luck!!

There sure is. It can be shortened to about 3 days. It's a birth control pill called loestrin24. See the site below.

Menstrual cycle is only for a week. But then, well, I don't know with that birth control pills. Coz the normal is for only a week.
Don't find a way to shorten it. Because that's the time you must eliminate the impurities of your body. Or else, you might become insane.

I find using tampons cuts a lot of time. Maybe it doesn't, since it's all sucked into it without me noticing, but it sure feels like it.

If you do want to use the pill, there is one that gives you only THREE periods in an entire YEAR. It's called "Seasonale".
