why people spit on streets and every where, even from buses ?
I have told many times to lot of people. I get answer informing "It is our wish,mind your business, every body does it"

it has main 3 reasons.
1. they are sense less and non educated people.
2. just for fun to tease other or alwayz want to be in a dirty place
3. that 3rd world country

Even one doing like this knowingly or unknowingly, we should educate him without any botheration. We are not asking any of his wealth. we are asking donot spoil public health. Everycitizen should have the awareness.The bus conductor must also have the power to remove the passenger from the bus. If some severe punishments will be given. then only the bad activities like smoking, spit,urine at open public places & other illegal activities will be stopped

If we stop this bad aactivities, there will be no rush in Public Hospitals.
The poor and middlle class peoplea are using the public systems..Bus,rail & etc. These places are made worst by the same people. And also the crowed at Government Hospitals are from the same poor and middly class., because of this

So if they keep public palces clean, there will be less decease and no rush in GH.

So atleast we educated educate one person a day, will educate the society.

Maybe because they forgot their handkerchief. There is an old law in the town where I grew up making it illegal to spit on the sidewalk. We figured it was illegal in those days when people were susceptible to tuberculosis. The ban on spit would have helped prevent health problems. Maybe in this age of biological warfare and terrorism we need to bring back those old laws?!

This seems to be a cultural thing. It is uncommon for British people to spit, after laws were introduced in the 1950's, banning spitting in public, to reduce the spread of diseases such as TB.

In the UK, it tends only to be the migrant population that spit.
