Depends on how often it is used. Cocaine affects the endorphins in the brain, it depletes them. In order for the endorphins to return to pre-cocaine use, you have to abstain. For a heavy daily user, it can take up to 2 years for the endorphins to replete themselves. Which is why cocaine addicts crave the drug so badly, they are trying to feel good again. It is a very vicious cycle and treatment is often necessary.

EDIT: Why is everyone tripping on this question? The asker just asked a question, most of you made some very dangerous assumptions and then judged the asker for YOUR assumptions. Lay off, would ya? They may be asking for a number of reasons and even if they were asking for their own use, who are you people to judge?

Peace.

Cocaine is cleared from the body in around 2 days. But feeling tired and/or exhausted can last for days or weeks depending on how long the binge lasted, whether you ate during this time, whether you consumed other drugs or alcohol and your general health.
Some users feel like they have a prolonged hangover and will be over it in a day whilst others may have to really take care of themselves as though they were recovering from the 'flu'.
There is no reliable evidence other than anecdotal evidence linking the use of cocaine/ecstasy/amphetamine with longer term mental health issues. (Methamphetamine has been linked with depression)
Hope you feel better soon. Take some multivitamins, eat healthily, get plenty of rest, increase your water intake and you'll soon be back to your old self.

Number of factors come into play.

As you do not know where or how it was cut and pasted there is no way of looking at the chemical basis of it.

You should be okay within 72 - 96 hours depending on the quantity that was taken and how it was ingested.

2 or 3 days if you didn't sleep properly - as is usual, depending on age and your capacity to grab a few hours here and there until your body has caught up.

Depends how you took it. If you smoked it and of course it depends on how much a day or two. Snorting ..I'd say about a day.

All the best !
