I am afraid weight does not work like that, when you put on weight it always goes to the wrong places i.e. tum, when you lose weight it always goes off the boobs or bum. We just can't win. If you are size 8-10 please be happy with how you are, if you ever get large you will realise how wonderful you looked.

I wouldn't worry-when you're 40 with 2 kids, your bum will be massive! Seriously though, you can build up your glutes (bum muscles) by doing squats, although it will take at least 2 months before you notice much difference. Try a body pump class-it really gives good definition to your lower body. You need strength training/weight bearing exercise of any kind to build up muscle, eat more protein and try to get a protein shake every day. don't do too much cardio or this will have the opposite effect. Find a local gym such as the YMCA or a council-run one. They should be able to advise you for free. Lucky you being slim! :)

Okay I have your problem, and here is some serious answers that I have researched/been told. First of all, still eat healthy, dont stuff yourself silly, and do excercise.
Eat higher calorie fruits and veggies (bananas, carrots, apples basically any fruit and veggie that is not watery.
protein! Eat lean meat, eat peanutbutter, ask your doctor about taking some protein powder, my doc prescribed me some to take, and it actually doesn't taste to bad.
Eat healthy high calorie foods like nuts, legumes, wheat crackers.
Never be plain. Top your toast with maregines made with healthy fats, peanut butter, jelly. add cheese to your scrambled eggs. This will add calories without filling you up. Cook with healthy olive oil and sprinkle it on your saled, add eggs, crackers and other filling stuff to your salads. fill omelets with cheese and veggies. Order creamy soups.
Swich to whole grains, there healthier and more calorie dense. Eat complex carbohydrates, not loads of sugar.
Eat 3 meals and at least 3 snacks.
here are some healthy high calorie snack ideas.
1. plain full fat yogurt and frozen berries blended together and some peanuts mixed, makes a great dip.
2. Cheesy garlic bread made with whole wheat bread.
3.peanut butter on toast with bananas washed down with full fat milk.
4.whole wheat blueberry muffins, or pancakes
5. Pasta!
6. homemade pizza.
Now, If you wanna gain weight but still be healthy do weight training and resistance excercises. Do crunches, and buy hand and ankle weights, and use them. Squats and lunges using light weights or cans will help your bum! And jump rope too, or swim( swimming rocks, because when your in the water its a bit cold so your body wants to distribute insulin with muscle and a bit of fat so this is great for getting a nice porportioned build) You can do pretty much any excercise, whether it be jogging, swimming, martial arts, ANYTHING! as long as you increase your caloric intake these will all help!!remember muscle ways more than fat!
Good luck!!!!!11

Trust me, do not eat just to get a bigger bottom lol...this will likely happen as you age in any case. If you want that cute 'bubble butt' look my trainer told me there are exercised you can do do. In many instances women, more so than men, tend to use the muscles in the front of their legs when they exercise. When doing squats or other weight bearing exercises be sure to push through your heels and not your toes in order to engage the muscles in the back of your legs and your bum. If you use your toes to push yourself from a squatting to standing position you may have a tendency toward having a flatter bum. Squats are good, as are lunges, anything that will build muscle in your bum...you don't want to get a big *** from eating fatty food or you may not get the results you intend (hence...saggy, unshaped, etc) Perhaps visit your local gym and ask a professional, it's worth it.

I think that it is not a case of whether you think your bum is to small, in the same repect that people (not just women, although I know media stereotyping has effected women for a lot longer than men there is now a pressure on men to look good trim and sexy too) may think they are overwieght or just plain yuk. We all know what I am talking about, my G/F sometimes says to me "I look a real mess today" but she still looks as stunning to me as the first day we met, and I tell her so. It is your inner confidence you have to deal with, not the size of your bum. There are viscous circles.
1 You feel like your looking good, you smile alot more, you look people in the eyes, get more eye contact, you think more about what you wear, what looks good on you in YOUR opinion not anyone elses, more people notice you, the more people look at you the more you feel good about yourself etc and so it goes on untill you are oozing confidence and sex appeal.
2 You feel that you don't look that good, you walk looking at the ground and not meeting anyones eyes. You dress down, clothes that would not get you noticed. The more people don't look at you or pay you any attention, the more you feel unattractive, and so it goes on.
I have been on both sides of this, my friends cannot believe the difference in me since I became comfortable with who I was and stopped looking for who the world wanted me to be, my confidence grew and grew. Thats when I noticed that the more confidence I had, because I was happy with me, the more people interacted with me. I would never have approached the woman I am with now 5 years ago, I would not have had the confidence, but I did and I was just myself, happy with me.
I think what I am trying to say is don't put weight on, don't take it off and don't have any silly operations to try and make yourself someone else. Just look around you, I will bet you will not see many people with your figure and you should be proud of that.

eating fatty and stodgy foods will not only increase the size of your bottom but most likley the rest of your body. I suggest you join a gym and get a programme made designed to suit your needs from your instructer. However if this is not an option try walking and doing squats and have a healthy diet.

Guys like curves it's true - but they've gotta be in the right place. Sure you can eat a bit more, potatoes, pasta, and brown bread are better at that than fat and if you keep the exercise going you should fill out and keep the curves in the right place. Your bottom is you biggest muscle so maybe get on your bike!
The trick is to keep the waste thin.

Good exercises to increase the muscle in your bum are lunges, stand upright and lunge forward onto one leg immediately pushing back to the standing position obviously repeat a hnumber of times for each leg. or you can do squats stand upright legs shoulder width apart bend both legs keeping your back straight until your legs are bent at 90 degrees. don't get your bum too muscly though have a layer of fat over the muscle, and I think a nice little petite bum like you described woul be just fine for most blokes, certainly good in my eyes!!

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/AFrTN
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.
