well ive been running and cutting back on junk food. for about a mth now... but my schedule at work has change and i can't find time to go running anymore with school during the day and work at night.. so doesn't anyone... have an answer on how they fit there workout schedule to there lifes....oh the reason why i started running i need to build endurance to join the army....

well yea i think you should just keep on eating healthy and try to walk places instead of traveling in the car. well if you are going to join make sure you are in shape so it won't seem as hard and yea GOOD LUCK! hooray!

I know what it's like to be busy and many people make the excuse of not having enough time in a day. In reality it doesn't take that long to put a little 'me' time in your day. The thing is you have to MAKE time. If you have other hobbies you may need to take a break from them. Consider how much time you spend on the computer, watching t.v, talking on the phone, reading...whatever it is that you may do that isn't of a physical nature. Adding any kind of activity into your day is better than none at all. Try walking at a brisker pace, do more activities around your home (like cleaning...and yes that will burn calories), take the stairs instead of the elevator at all times. If you spend more than a half hour sitting at any time during your day...get up and move around. Join a gym and you'll find that you will be able to MAKE time for your workout. It doesn't have to be 2-3hrs a day, but even a half hour...everyone can find a half hour in their day even if you have to give up that half hour of sleep.
