What are the over-the-counter medications you absolutely can't get along without? Mine are zinc oxide which heals sores, cuts, abrasions, etc. And it's cheap. And sinus and allergy tablets.

I received a letter from my Dr explaining in my recent smear test results showed 'BOARDERLINE' changes. and im am advised to repeat smear test after six months and i am unsure what this means. please if you can explain what this means. THANK YOU.

I've had my period since I was 12 (4 years ago), irregular, but still about every 4-5 weeks. Well, I started exercising more, and went on a killer 9 day backpacking trip in July. I got my last period on that trip, and I haven't had one since. I'm not sexually active, so I'm not pregnant, and don't see an OBGYN.

I was told I was bi polar took many different medications that just turned me into a zombie. I stopped taking the medications but still fight my anxiety issues daily. I am just wondering how many people are told they are bi polar and really are not.

I'm torn between wheather cannibus is truely a drug that causesharm to ones self or if it really is a hollistic remedy to several diferent illments.. I've suffered many different injuries from my days at Grambling Univ. playing football and i've reached the point where doctor prescribed motrin or ibuprofin doesnt do the job anymore when it comes to my arthritic pains.. The only thing that actually helps is cannibus in forms of cookies, candy, or your traditional blunt or bong... I'm a professional in my field and havent lost one brain cell except in the natural way of getting older. Tell me what you think.....

My husband had one wart and after my yrly GYN appointment, i was told I was loaded with them. I new I had something but had no idea it was that serious. My fault because the dr asked if i had any questions. I figured if it was something serious he would have told me. My recent pap showed abnormal cells and I am going to a GYN for further exam. I am scared that it could be cancer. Is it possible for my husband to be examineded and treated if he shows signs of the warts? His went away on its own. As far as I know he never went to the dr.
20 yrs ago when i had them I was ashamed and didn't tell anyone but my mom and that was because she was with me at the doctors. I believed at the time that he had cheated on me, even though i knew better. Reading some info on this, now I realize it could have been even before we dated and could have been either one of us. That doesn't stop me from feeling dirty and ashamed. How can I/we get over these feelings

I feel anxious and get panic attacts on a plane.

I feel anxious like I want to run away when my boyfriend gets to close to me or tells me he loves me

When he distances himself I need him more.

I don't want to go to work at times

I don't feel like I am good enough for any man.

I don't feel secure within myself.

I always want to know what people think

I cry alot

I lost my mother when I was 14

I live in a city with no friends

Why can't I just make myself to just go out there and do things?

I feel alone even though people like me

I have mood swings.

My boyfriend cheated on me, so I kicked him in the balls. As a result he lost a testicle!!! The kick was not that hard, I don’t know what happened! I feel so ashamed and guilty, I feel sick to my stomach. He will not press charges, but he does not want to see me again. He slept with a girl at a party because he was too drunk, he usually doesn’t drink. Will he ever forgive me? Anyone here had a similar experience? What can I do???

I was recently involved in a serious car crash,i was really lucky to survive but i lost my left leg which was devastating.My whole life was dedicated to my career,my career is my whole life.Now my career is in tatters i don't want to go on.You may think that i am a sportsman or an athlete but i am much more than that,i am the regional hokey cokey champion.Now my career is over how do i carry on??

I just slept twice as much. I weigh myself (digital scale) before I go to bed and again when I wake up after using the bathroom. I always gain it back during the day though, so if I slept 16 hours then when I gained it back, I'd still be down 2 pounds per day, wouldn't you think? Good idea?
