Only if the female is receptive. It really depends on the circumstances and the nature of the relationship. If you're in a sex chatroom, thne yeah, go for it. If you've been having some relaly hot chat with a girl you know, sure, go for it. But unless the topic has come up, about that sort of thing, don't just offer out of the blue. then you look like a freak. lol

Oh no, not for me at least!
I wouldn't garantee I would return the favor, though... See I don't do cybersex and that jazz... I prefer to do my sex in reality with my hubby (& others who may wish to join us!).
