You don't lose 2-3 lbs overnight. What you weigh in the a.m. is your correct weight. When you weigh yourself later in the day your body has accumulated water weight. My doctor once told me your correct weight is what you weigh first thing in the morning after you pee and before you dress.

You don't lose weight at night. It just seems that may cause your stomach is empty and you probably weigh after urinating and before eating breakfast.

Why not. If it works for you do it. Just don't lose your job or flunk out of school for it. Which you probaly don't do those things anyway, so you have no life at all. Sure, spend all your time sleeping.
