I wouldn't think so. I would think being in between would be best. It seems that lifting that much weight just isn't good for you, especially if you have a weird diet to be that muscley. I think lifting lighter weights, like no more than you weight, is the best.

that is dependent on your definition of quality of life. if u think good quality of life is having a nicely toned body then it is. but if you are focused on less temporal things then i doubt the issue of lifting weights will even come into the equation

It depends of he's using steriods or not which are really bad for you.
